Fees and limits
Where fees apply, why pack purchases are final, and the limits that apply to wallet balances.

What costs money

Your wallet balance is store credit
The single most important limit on the platform:
- Can be used for packs. Shipping is paid by card at checkout, not from the wallet.
- Cannot be withdrawn to a card or bank account.
- Cannot be transferred to another user.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Earns no interest.
- Is not FDIC-insured and not protected by any government agency.
Sell-back proceeds are credited on exactly these terms. Deposits are processed in U.S. dollars.
We may deduct applicable fees or card chargebacks from your balance.
Refunds
Pack purchases are final once opened, subject to applicable law. Packs are opened automatically — you can open yours early, and otherwise it opens on its own when it reaches the front of the queue — so a pack is never left unopened to refund.
A pack's contents are fixed at the moment you buy it and always before it is opened — opening reveals cards that were already settled, so there is no outcome to undo.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher. Accounts that break the Terms — including buying on behalf of a minor, or running multiple accounts to get around a limit — may be suspended or closed.
Prices are informational
Card values displayed anywhere on the platform are aggregated from multiple third-party sources and provided for information only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and the actual resale value of a card elsewhere may differ. A displayed value is not an offer to buy at that price; the sell-back screen is.
