Buy your first pack

Choosing a pack tier, buying it, and what happens between purchase and the moment it's ripped.

Packs are sold from three places, and they are the same packs in each: the Packs page, the always-on Global rip, and a streamer's own live page.

Choosing a tier

Each tier is a different price, a different number of cards, and a different balance between a guaranteed floor and a chance at the top rungs. Before you buy, the More Info panel on any pack shows you:

Contents — how many cards and which rarity slot each one fills.
Chances — the published probability for each rung of the chase slot.
Buyback — the rate you would get selling a card back.

Buying

Pick your tier and press the purchase button. Your wallet balance is debited immediately — there is no separate checkout page.
Your pack joins the rip queue for that stream. If the stream has not started yet, it waits until it does.
When the streamer reaches your pack, your username appears on screen and the cards are flipped one at a time.
As each card is revealed it is held for you, and appears in your Collection.

What is already decided, and when

Your cards are fixed at the moment you buy, and always before the pack is opened. Opening it reveals an outcome that was already settled — which is why a pack purchase is final once it is opened.

Each slot is drawn from live vault stock at the instant of purchase, against a random seed the server commits to beforehand. Nothing is pre-assigned to a pack sitting on a shelf — the pack comes into existence when you buy it. That commitment is exactly what makes the result checkable afterwards; see provably fair.

If you can't watch live

You do not have to be watching. Your pack is opened in queue order whether you are there or not, and the cards land in your collection either way. The rip is replayable on the stream's VOD, and every card you have ever pulled stays on your Collectors Wall.
