After the Rip

Ship it to you

Request physical delivery of the actual graded slab, and what to expect on fees and tax.

Any card in your collection can be shipped to you. You get the actual graded slab — the same one that was in the vault, in its original sealed case.

Requesting a shipment

  1. Open your Collection and add the cards you want to the ship cart.
  2. Enter or pick a delivery address. Saved addresses are reusable for later shipments.
  3. Review the shipping fee, shown before you continue to payment.
  4. The first time you ship, verify your identity with Stripe if you are asked to. The recipient name on the address must match your verified ID — see identity verification.
  5. Pay by card at checkout. Our fulfilment partner packs and ships the slabs, and you can follow the shipment's status from your collection.

Shipping is paid by card at checkout. Your wallet balance cannot be used for shipping fees or sales tax.

Fees and tax

Shipping is a flat fee per parcel, however many cards are in it. The current fee is shown in your ship cart before you pay; it is not published here so it cannot go stale.

Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. It is calculated from the delivery address and from what you originally paid for the cards — not their current market value. We currently ship within the US only, and not to every state — checkout tells you if an address can't be shipped to.

Risk of loss

Once the package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. In plain terms: from that point the shipment is at your risk, not ours.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support with your shipment reference — we will help you pursue it with the carrier, but the carrier's terms govern what can be recovered.

What shipping changes

  • The slab physically leaves the vault and becomes yours to hold.
  • You can no longer sell it back to us through the platform, because we no longer have it.
  • It stays on your Collectors Wall as part of your pull history.

Shipping is one-way. If you might want to sell the card back, do that first.
